Kaeros Shipping Policy

🔄 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.  
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

**Note for Preorders:**  
Items marked as **preorder** will have **separate production timelines**. Estimated production and fulfillment time will be clearly listed on the product page.

We will keep you updated at key stages of the preorder process, including production start, completion, and shipment.

🕰️ Built In Silence Preorder System (Early Access)

Our launch collections — including the **Built in Silence** drop — are offered via **preorder**. Estimated preorder timeline is:

- **Preorder Window:** Late May – Mid-July (Tentatively) 
- **Production Begins:** Immediately after preorder closes  
- **Shipping ETA:** Within 4–6 weeks after production begins

As a thank you, the **first 50 orders** will receive priority shipping once production completes.

If you are uncomfortable with preorder wait times, we encourage waiting until the product is in-stock for standard shipping, or signing up for the early access. Early access will ordered in advance and shipped sooner than the rest of the preorders. This is valid only for the first 25-50 orders.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

🌍 International Shipping

Kaeros currently ships to select countries outside the U.S.  
International customers are responsible for any **customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes** applicable to their order.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or international carrier disruptions.

🧾 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

## 📦 Shipment Delays

While we do everything possible to meet estimated timelines, Kaeros is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Carrier service disruptions  
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or global health events  
- Customs clearance or import regulations  
- Production delays during high-demand periods (preorders)

🔁 Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or insufficient address
- Failure to collect package after delivery attempts
- Refused delivery

...you will be notified via email. You may request reshipment (with additional shipping cost) or receive store credit (minus original shipping cost).

Kaeros is **not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses** provided at checkout. However, you may reach out to support@wearkaeros.com to see what available accommodations we may have available.

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kaeros is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by carrier  
- Packages delayed or lost in transit by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international partners  
- Packages damaged during transit (please file a claim with the carrier)

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, follow the claim instructions included in your confirmation email.
