Kaeros Return Policy

⏳ Standard Returns (Unworn)

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of your item being marked as delivered.

To qualify for a full refund:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

Returns that meet these conditions are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, or as store credit if preferred, minus any shipping costs if applicable.

♻️ Lightly Worn Returns (Store Credit)

We accept lightly worn items under the following conditions:

- Item has been worn or tried on, but not excessively used or damaged  
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery  
- Item is clean, presentable, and still in wearable condition  
- Original tags may be missing

You will receive 50% store credit issued as a Kaeros digital gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.  
Returned lightly worn items may be donated to local nonprofit partners or responsibly repurposed at Kaeros’ discretion.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital credit
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Any item deemed unsanitary, heavily worn, or damaged
- Items returned outside of the 30-day window

💬 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
3. Wait for approval before shipping anything

Do not ship returns without first receiving confirmation — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If approved, we will issue a return shipping label and instructions for return delivery. Return labels are available for U.S. customers only.

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or item:
- Initiate a return first
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order

Exchanges are processed as separate transactions to ensure proper inventory tracking.

📦 Responsibility & Shipping Liability

Kaeros is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged returns sent without an official Kaeros return label
- Returns that are shipped to the wrong address
- Return shipments lost in transit without valid tracking
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international returns

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union:
You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Full refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit if preferred
- Store credit (for lightly worn returns) is issued via email as a non-transferable digital gift card
- Please allow 10 business days for processing
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
